Jacob Wollman

General Manager

Jacob Wollman, the general manager of Rush River Steel thrives in the challenge of leading the team and making sure all the machines and facility are working on their top potential.  He also gets to work with all venders, making sure the inventory stays up to date.

Jacob also enjoys taking sales calls and goes to a lot of the trade shows to meet new people and future customers.  Working on designing and marketing  is another hat Jacob wears among many other ones.

Steve Waldner

Sales Manager

Steve Waldner is the friendly face of the customers. He brings 30 years of building experience to Rush River Steel. His friendly and outgoing personality is a favorite among our our customers.

Steve passion is our customers satisfaction. No project is too simple or complicated for him. He enjoys sitting down with customers and making sure their whole experience is a positive one.

Steve enjoys going to trade shows and meeting customers at the jobsite. He works directly with the team on the work floor to ensure that all jobs are done correctly and on time.

Conrad Wollman

Sales

Conrad, our new inside sales guy, is a dynamic addition to the team. Conrad’s adaptability and willingness to collaborate make him a valuable asset, and we’re eager to see his continued success in driving results for our company.  He enjoys the challenge of working with all the machinery, maintenance and loves to help out wherever he is needed. In his spare time, Conrad loves spending time with his family.

Josh Martin

Roll Former operator

Josh Martin is the roll former technician.  He makes sure that all five of the profiles that he runs perform at their optimum performance.  He crawls through the rollers every few weeks and makes sure the chrome rollers stay clean and working well.

Joshua enjoys making spending time with his family and making new friends. His talkative and friendly personality makes him a valuable asset to the team.

Willie Waldner

Trim Production

Willie operates the trim roll former, folder and slitter machines.  He enjoys the challenges of creating new trims and making sure the customers are 100% satisfied with them.

Willie is always ready to help out on the team and makes sure the workplace stays lively!

Gary Wollman

Delivery

Gary Wollman does many of the local deliveries for Rush River Steel.  He enjoys meeting new people wherever he goes.

Some of Gary’s favorite activates are farming and trucking  and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.
